If the automatic call does not work (did not manage to get through), try uninstalling Viber. Whilst I do not have a "fix" nor the cause for this issue, there are many sites that offer their opinion. Accept the call, write down the access code and enter it into Viber. Please double-check to verify that the number you entered is correct. I've found that first clear your data, then using your entire number e.g. The phone number or email address you entered may be incorrect. I have had similar issues with Viber on many Android devices, all running multiple versions.
